NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued by the Pasco Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, on the 1st day of October, 2025, in the cause wherein Marilyn G Redmond was plaintiff(s) and Faramarz Farrohi was defendant(s), being case number 13-5379-CA in said Court, I, Charles R. Wells, as Sheriff of Manatee County, Florida, have this day levied upon all the right, title and interest of the DEFENDANT, Faramarz Farrohi, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
