NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 12, 2025, and an Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated November 17, 2025, issued in and for Manatee County, Florida, in Case No. 2024-CA-001954, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF FF INVESTORCO GRANTOR TRUST is the Plaintiff, and RAD DIVERSIFIED REIT, INC., A MARYLAND CORPORATION are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, ANGELINA COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on January 08, 2026, at electronic sale beginning at 11:00 AM, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
