NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure executed on October 28, 2025, and entered in Case No. 412025CA001014CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which B-MUSED, LLC, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARILYN FENNEL, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARILYN FENNEL; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC. US DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY/INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Manatee County, Florida on December 17, 2025 at 11:00 am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
