NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgement of Mortgage Foreclosure (DIN: 80) dated November 13, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 1336 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MICHAEL F. KLEIN AND DONNA M. KLEIN, AS CO-TRUSTEES OF THE KLEIN TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 17, 2012, are Plaintiffs, and DMITRY A. DIMOV, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ABUNDANT LIFE A NON-GRANTOR IRREVOCABLE CONTRACT BUSINESS TRUST ORGANIZATION DATED DECEMBER 10, 2018 and VLADIMIR V. KIZ, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ABUNDANT LIFE A NON-GRANTOR IRREVOCABLE CONTRACT BUSINESS TRUST ORGANIZATION DATED DECEMBER 10, 2018 and THE CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA are the Defendants, Karen E.
