NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 2025CA001831CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and GLORIA JEAN REIDENBACH; JAMES M. MOURANT; ROGER R. MOURANT, JR.; ZEPHYR SHORES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 8th day of December, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:

SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 17.50 FEET, THE SOUTH 17.50 FEET AND THE NORTH 5.00 FEET.
