Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 109, TAMPA DOWNS HEIGHTS UNIT III, then run West 143.97 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 109; thence run North 30.01 feet; thence East 147.72 feet to the West right-of-way line of Steel Duct Lane; thence run Southwesterly 30.24 feet along the arc of a curve whose radius is 511.22 feet (chord 30.24 feet, South 07 degrees 07 minutes 05 seconds West) to the Point of Beginning.
