HERITAGE PINES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF WORKSHOP AND NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Heritage Pines Community Development District (“District”) will hold a public workshop on December 9, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., at Heritage Pines Country Club Meeting Room, 11524 Scenic Hills Boulevard, Hudson, Florida 34667. The purpose of the public workshop is to discuss the HCPA Fitness Center bids. Following the conclusion of the public workshop, starting at or around 2:00 p.m. and at the same location, the Board will hold a regular meeting of the District where the Board may consider any matters that may properly come before it.
The public workshop and meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law. Copies of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (561) 571-0010, during normal business hours or by visiting the District’s website, https:// heritagepinescdd.net/. The public workshop and/or the meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop or meeting.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made at the meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
