GLASSER AKA ANTHONY LOUIS GLASSER, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on DECEMBER 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 3, BLOCK 8, RICHEY LAKES UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
