NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (Count I) dated July 14, 2025, and subsequently an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered November 14, 2025, both of which were entered in Case No.: 24-CA-002969 of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein F1 Motor Transport, LLC, Florida limited liability company, is the Defendant, the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on December 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
