PATMON, DECEASED; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.; WILLOW CREEK AT SEVEN OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KIMMETH PATMON, DECEASED; TYBERIA GREENE; STEPHANIE PATMON; SAM PATMON; ANGELA NICOLE PATMON; JUSTINE ROCHELLE PATMON; GRANT JAMAL PATMON are the Defendant(s).
