Hillsborough.

and the nature of the proceeding is an action for Mortgage Foreclosure.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff’s attorney, Stephen K. Hachey, Esq., whose address is 10521 Bloomingdale Ridge Drive, Riverview, FL 33578, by 12/18/2025 or 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
