LOT 1, GANTREE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
