YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LOT 1, GANTREE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
