Notice is given that, pursuant to section 744.534, Florida Statutes, unclaimed guardianship funds from the following case remain on deposit in the registry of court:
Guardianship of: IN RE: The Guardianship of Kenneth Johnson, Person Subject to Guardianship
Case number 25-GA-000047, $3,337.27 (less the cost of publication); Patrick C Weber PA, as Guardian, deposited these funds per order entered on 10/28/2025, on behalf of Kenneth Johnson.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall deposit these funds with the State Treasurer no less than six months after the posting or the first publication of this notice, after deducting fees and any costs of publication. Within 10 years from the date of such deposit with the State Treasurer, any person, firm, corporation, or other legal entity entitled to such funds may obtain same by order of court and compliance with other applicable provisions of section 744.534, Florida Statutes. All funds deposited with the State Treasurer not claimed within 10 years from the date of deposit shall escheat to the State for the benefit of the State School Fund.
