YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, GULF SHORES ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 110, GULF SHORES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4134, Page 1167, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 16, Page 122, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 18650 Gulf Boulevard, #110, Indian Shores, Florida, 33785
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
