NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 7th of November 2025, in Case No. 25-000952-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, ATHENE ANNUITY AND LIFE COMPANY, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, 2JB INVESTORS LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; JAIME PATINO; ALTERNATIVE LENDING GROUP LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of December 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
