NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2025 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2024-CC-010524-CO of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNESS, TRUSTEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS AND ANY AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DAVID C. HERMAN, DECEASED, ANN MARIE FRANCIS HERMAN, MANAGEMENT SERVICING, LLC, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., and VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, LLC are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 730, BUILDING 10, THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14822, PAGE 374, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on January 8, 2026. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
