NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 10, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 24-002748-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC., Plaintiff and STUART JAFFE; VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC.; STUART JAFFE AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE LIVING REVOCABLE TRUST OF LEILA HARRIET JAFFE; RUSSELL JAFFE; COMMERCE BANK are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10.00 AM on December 19, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.

BOOK 4736 AT PAGES 1320 THRU 1373, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 29 AT PAGES 97 THROUGH 102, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
