An Order of Summary Administration for the Estate of R. Turner Lett a/k/a Raymond Turner Lett, deceased, whose date of death was July 17, 2025; social security number xxx xx 7544, File Number 25-009698-ES-003, has been entered in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The total value of the estate is approximately $13,000.00, one hundred percent of which was assigned by Order of the Court to Hollie R. Stebbins III, as Successor Trustee of the Lett Family Living Trust Dated June 4, 2007, 9905 E. 79th Place, Raytown, Missouri 64138. The names and addresses of the petitioner and the petitioner’s attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate, on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
The petitioner or curator has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedent’s death by the decedent or the decedent’s surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act, pursuant to F.S. §732.216-§732.228, applies or may apply, unless a written demand is made by the creditor as specified under F.S.§732.2211.
