NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA

Pursuant to the Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the City of Winter Garden City Commission will, on December 11, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon after as possible, hold a public hearing in the City Commission Chambers located at 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida 34787, in order to consider the adoption of the following ordinance(s):
Ordinance 25-36
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 78, ARTICLE II, WATER AND SANITARY SEWER SYSTEMS OF THE CITY OF WINTER GARDEN CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING SECTION 78-59 TO MODIFY WATER AND WASTEWATER IMPACT FEE AMOUNTS, ADOPT METHODOLOGY FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER IMPACT FEES AND OTHER RELATED AMENDMENTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Copies of the proposed ordinance(s) may be inspected by the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday of each week, except for legal holidays, at the Public Services Department in City Hall, 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance(s). Written comments will be accepted before or at the public hearings. Persons wishing to appeal any decision made by the City Commission at such hearing will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose you may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. The City does not provide this verbatim record. Persons with disabilities needing special accommodation to participate in this public hearing should contact the City Clerk’s Office at 407-656-4111 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, Monday through Friday of each week, except for legal holidays. The City Clerk’s Office is located at City Hall, 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida.
