NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024- CA-1616 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of December, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 3, Building 69, N/K/A 693 Down of No. 4, of The Glades Country Club Apartments, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 518, Page(s) 146 through 259, inclusive, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 379 Palm Drive No. 3, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
