TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of ROBERT F. SORRENTINO, deceased, File Number 25-CP-003093, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, Florida 34112-5324; that the Decedent’s date of death was August 30, 2025; that there are no probate assets, and that the names and addresses of those liable for the expenses of the administration of the Decedent’s estate and enforceable claims of the Decedent’s creditors to the extent the Decedent’s estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Florida Statutes section 733.607(2), are:
