NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the Third Floor lobby, in the Clerk’s Office of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on January 8, 2026, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
PARCEL NO. 10 TRACT 40, NAPLES FARMSITES: THE NORTH 82.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 825.0 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF TRACT 40, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
