KEEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAJUAIA A. KEEN; STACY K. SNELLINGS N/K/A STACY KEEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STACY K. SNELLINGS N/K/A STACY KEEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TRUIST BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SUNTRUST BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are defendants.
