The Clerk of the Court, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on January 12, 2026, at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and commonly known as: 389 BRUNSWICK DR., DAVENPORT, FL 33837 (the “Property”).
