Final Judgment was awarded on November 12, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2025CA000161000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE CECIL D. & DOROTHY ANN SMITH LIVING; FRANCES BAGLEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
