NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2024CA000834000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., Plaintiff, and DIETRO MARTINEZ CASIMIRO AKA DIETRO ARESTI MARTINEZ CASIMIRO, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on January 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 2, BERKLEY HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LESS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2, THENCE RUN SOUTH 12.00 FEET, THENCE RUN WESTERLY TO A POINT LYING 11.00 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2, THENCE RUN NORTH 11.00 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2, THENCE RUN EAST 80.00 FEET RETURNING TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
