NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2025, and entered in 2023CA00571400000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED CREDIT RISK TRANSFER TRUST, SERIES 2020-2 is the Plaintiff and VINCENT AKHIMIE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESION are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 18, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
