Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No. 2025-CC-001135 the Clerk of the Court, Manatee County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Lot 106, of ARBOR GRANDE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 115, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Property Address: 2525 Avolet Court, Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34211
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on January 21, 2026. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
