NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Partition of Mineral Interests entered on November 20, 2025, in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, Civil Action Number 512024CA001644CAAXES, the undersigned Clerk will sell the subsurface oil, gas, hydrocarbon and other mineral rights, including royalties (collectively, the “Mineral Interests”) on the Property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

The Land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Pasco, State of Florida, and is described as follows:
All of Sections 3 and 4, and the SE 1/4 of Section 5, all being in Township 24 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on January 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., in the following location: in person, at a live sale conducted by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pasco County, at the South entrance of the Pasco County Courthouse, 38053 Live Oak Avenue, Dade City, Florida 33523-3894.
NOTICE: ANY PERSON, OTHER THAN THE OWNER(S) OF THE MINERAL RIGHTS ON THE PROPERTY AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN OR TO ANY SURPLUS FUNDS RESULTING FROM THE SALE CONTEMPLATED HEREIN, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THE SALE.
