NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 27, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2025CA001245CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein UNITED WHOLESALE MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and Jesse A Anderson a/k/a Jesse Alan Anderson, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of December, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South 73 2/3 feet of the North 177 2/3 feet of Block 32, Ross Addition to Dade City, Florida, Section 27, Township 24 South, Range 21 East, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Deed Book 3, Page 451, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; Less Railroad Right of Way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
