NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause on November 20, 2025 in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, with RJMG Fund, LLC as the Plaintiff and Danielle Stallings, Timber Lake Estates, Inc., ODK Capital, LLC and JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Defendants.
Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00am on January 20, 2026 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 278, Timber Lake Estates, a Condominium, Phase III, Together with an undivided shate in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1369, Page 484, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 99, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Together with a 1992 Palm Harbor Double-Wide Mobile Home VIN: PH094929AFL & PH094929BFL and Florida Title Number: 61727689 & 61727716 which mobile home title has been cancelled/retired and the mobile home has been permanently affixed to the real property.
