NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 744.631(2), Florida Statutes, that the undersigned Guardian has filed a Petition for Authority to Sell Real Property belonging to the above-named Ward in the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida.
The property which is the subject of the petition is described as follows:
Address: 360 10th Ave S., Safety Harbor, FL 34695 Legal Description: Lots 6, 7, and 8, together with the South ½ of vacated alley lying North of Lots 6, 7, & 8, Block 12, Revised Map of Seminole Park, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

The Guardian seeks authority to sell the Ward’s interest in said property upon such terms as the Court may approve.
Any interested person may file written objections to the Petition with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Probate Division, Pasco County Courthouse, within 30 days after the date of publication of this notice.
If no objections are filed, the Court may consider and rule upon the Petition without further notice or hearing.
