Notice of Meeting and Public Hearing on Proposed
Amenity Policy Amendments and Associated Rental Fees

The Ballentrae Hillsborough Community Development District (the “District”) hereby gives public notice of a meeting of its Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) and a public hearing, to review and adopt proposed amenity policies and rental fees for its facilities on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Ballentrae Clubhouse located at 11864 Thicket Wood Drive, Riverview, Florida 33579.

The hearing will be for the purpose of receiving input on such items, providing for efficient and effective District operations, and ensuring the costs of rentals are borne in a fair manner for all user types. The proposed rates and fees are:

The proposed fees may be adjusted at the public hearing pursuant to discussion by the Board and public comments. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board shall adopt the fee schedule as finally approved by the Board. The Florida Statutes being implemented include Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, generally, and Section 190.035, Florida Statutes, specifically; and provide legal authority for the establishment of such fee schedule.

All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard. This meeting and public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place. Please check the District’s website for the latest information: https://www. ballentraehillsboroughcdd.org/. A copy of the agenda will be available 7 days in advance of the meeting on the District’s website. If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
