Request for Proposals for Landscape Maintenance Services

The Rivercrest Community Development District (the “District”) requests proposals for landscape maintenance services as more specifically described in the RFP Package. The RFP Package may be obtained by email request to the District’s Field Manager Mick Sheppard [email protected] and Director of Field Operations, Clayton Smith [email protected]. The RFP Package includes, but is not limited to, this Request for Proposals, Instructions to Proposers, Evaluation Criteria, Scope of Work, and a combined affidavit. RFP packets will be available upon request starting Friday, December 1, 2025, at 9:00 A.M.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 10:30 A.M. via Google Meets – Link to be provided with packets. Failure to attend will disqualify any interested party in submitting a proposal.

All questions relating to the project must be directed in writing to the Field Manager and Director of Field Operations at the email addresses shown above - [email protected] and [email protected]. The deadline for submitting questions relative to the project is Monday, January 5, 2026 at 4:00 P.M.

Firms desiring to provide services must deliver 1 hard copy of their proposal, together with a thumb drive containing an electronic copy of their proposal, in a sealed envelope (bearing the name of the Proposer and “Rivercrest CDD Landscape Maintenance Services RFP”) addressed to Mick Sheppard, Field Manager, at the office of GMS located at 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, FL 33619 by Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Shortly after the proposal deadline the proposals will be opened and the name of each proposer and total price in the Landscape Fee Summary excel form will be announced. No official action will be taken at this meeting, it is held for the limited purpose of opening the bids.
