ARNOLD as Executor, all parties claiming by, through, under and against it; and all unknown natural persons, if alive and of not known to be dead or alive, his several and
respective spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and creditors or other parties claiming by, through or under those unknown natural persons and his several unknown
assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other persons claiming by, through, under or against any corporation or other legal entity named as defendant; and

TO THE DEFENDANT(S) Unknown heirs of the Estate of CATHERINE ARNOLD and of the Estate of MAUREEN SMITH and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against them; and all unknown natural persons, if alive and if not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and creditors or other parties claiming by, through or under those unknown natural persons and their several unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other persons claiming by, through, under or against any corporation or other legal entity named as a defendant; and all claimants, persons or parties natural or corporate whose exact status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or parties who are claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described Lee County, Florida:
Lots 39 and 40, Block 3522, Unit 47, Part 2, Cape Coral, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 112-127, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

YOU, AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit to quiet title to the above described property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Thomas M. Tarsia, Esquire, Plaintiffs’ Attorney, of the law firm of the Tarsia Law Group, whose address is 2002 Del Prado Blvd. S., Unit 205, Cape Coral, Florida 33990 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court on or before December 29, 2025; otherwise the allegations of the Complaint will be taken as confessed.
This Notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in Cape Coral, Florida.
