PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the requirements of §733.2121 (2), Florida Statutes:
1. The ancillary administration of the estate of Erik Gustav Wersen, deceased, file number 25-CP-003380, is pending in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1700 Monroe Street Fort Myers, FL 33901.
2. The personal representative is Chad Hardy, 8703 347th Street, Stacy, Minnesota 55079.
