NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2025 (the “Judgment”) entered in the above Case No. 25-CA-001580 of the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by separate sales subject Property 1 and Property 2, more specifically described below, to the highest and best bidder for cash at two separate public sales to be held on the 26th day of FEBRUARY, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., each sale to be conducted electronically online at two separate sales at the following website www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Plaintiff’s credit bid for each of the two separate sales shall only be the total amount due as to each respective Count and not the total of the separate total sums specified in Paragraph 4(a) and Paragraph 4(b) of the Judgment.

As to Count VI - Action to Foreclose the Loan 2 Mortgage
Loan No. xxxxx1463 (“Loan 2”)
4210 NW 34th Lane, Cape Coral, FL 33993 (“Property 2”)
Lot(s) 33 and 34, Block 5440, CAPE CORAL UNIT 90, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page(s) 12 through 29, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
