NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 17, 2025 and The Court’s Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Public Sale entered November 14th, 2025, in Case No. 23-009126-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, MARC BROWN is the Plaintiff, and CANDICE SARAVIA, JOHN P. ANGEL, JR. and DANIEL MOORE, are the Defendants, the Hon. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of Court’s website for online auctions, http://pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o’clock a.m., on the 10th day of December, 2025, the property situated 2027 Park Street North, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida 33710, and described as:
