NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on November 21, 2024, and is now pending as case number 24-CC-010070 in the County Court in the State of Florida, County of Pinellas.
The name of the unserved parties to the action are:
SHARON PRAIRIE
and the nature of the proceeding is a claim exceeding $30,000.00.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer publication.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff’s attorney, George Harder 23110 State Rd 54, #157 Lutz, FL 33549, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff ’s attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
