NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 24-000914-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and Ester and Melvin James, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KEN BURKE, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County’s On-Line Public Auction website: https://pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 21, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PINELLAS County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 207, BUILDING NO. 95, OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT NINETY-TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 121, PAGE(S) 24 THROUGH 26, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 10513, PAGE 1254 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
