NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2025 in the above action, the Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier, Florida, on October 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at Lobby 3rd Floor, Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse, 3315 E. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO ALAN L. PRUTTON, A SINGLE MAN BY DEED FROM LILLY F. SPECHT, UNREMARRIED SURVIVING SPOUSE OF ROBERT C. SPECHT RECORDED 02/03/2000 IN DEED BOOK 2637 PAGE 681, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
