NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 11-2025-CA-000412-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Alvaro Moreno, Jr.; Arrowhead Reserve at Lake Trafford Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Crystal Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of November, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD-BLOCK ‘C’, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE(S) 15 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
