NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE WESTVIEW SOUTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Westview South Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop a set of lake and trespass rules (“Lake and Trespass Rules”). The proposed Lake and Trespass Rules rule number is 2025-1. The purpose and effect of these rules is to provide for efficient and effective District operations. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.011(5), 120.54 and 120.81, Florida Statutes.
A public hearing will be conducted by the District on November 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando South Lake Buena Vista, 4971 Calypso Cay Way, Kissimmee, FL 34746.
