Hartzog a/k/a Jerry Oneal Hartzog, Deceased; Jerry Dale Hartzog a/k/a Jerry D. Hartzog; Russell O’Neal Hartzog; Clerk of the Court, Polk County, Florida are the Defendants, that Stacy M.
