NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 30, 2025 entered in Case No.2025-CA-000165 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein TITAN FUNDING, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff(s) and SBL PERSONAL INVESTMENTS, LLC, a foreign limited liability company, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 4th day of November, 2025 at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 24, Richmond Spring Lakes Estates, formerly known as Clark Spring Lake Estates, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 24, of Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
