The City of Venice Building and Construction Services, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City of Venice intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located east of I75, west of Rustic Road, and north of Ranch Road. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised within the Dona Bay/Cow Pen Slough Watershed. JEN TAMPA 1, LLC and BANYAN LAND CAPITAL, LLC has constructed a residential development, affecting several unnamed wetlands and ponds, including 091203_N, 091204_N, 091230_N, 091237_N, 091238A_N, 091238B_N, 091241_N, 094154_N, Pond N2, Pond N3, Pond N5, Pond N6, Pond N8.

As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease, and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow, and be established within the area of revision.
