NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 18, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2025 CA 000082 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th USA Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR LHOME MORTGAGE TRUST 2023-RTL2, MORTGAGEBACKED NOTES, SERIES 2023-RTL2, Plaintiff and WALOED LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; and LORENA DE LA VEGA are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on November 4, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
