DISTRICT NOTICE OF FISCAL YEAR 2026 MEETINGS.

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Preserve at Legends Pointe Community Development District (“District”)will hold regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at 11:00 a.m., at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton - Tampa/Wesley Chapel, 2740 Cypress Ridge Blvd., Wesley Chapel, Florida 33544 on the following dates:
October 15, 2025
November 19, 2025
December 17, 2025
January 21, 2026
February 18, 2026
March 18, 2026
April 15, 2026
May 20, 2026
June 17, 2026
July 15, 2026
August 19, 2026
September 16, 2026
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from the office of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (877) 276-088, during normal business hours.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
