Final Judgment was awarded on September 29, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 001123, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, SIERRA PACIFIC MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL J. GARCIA A/K/A MICHAEL GARCIA; JESSICA C. GARCIA A/K/A JESSICA GARCIA; SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL
