NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 12th day of September 2025, in Case No. 25-CA-000924, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST IV, a Delaware Statutory Trust, is the Plaintiff and TAMPA BAY REI LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; TAMPA BAY REI LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; ANDREW STEFFENS; CITY OF TAMPA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT & COMPTROLLER A/K/A HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT & COMPTROLLER; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of November 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
